Terms of Use

DayEvery is provided by Aureaty Software Inc.. Your use of the DayEvery app is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"), together with the subscription terms below.

Subscriptions

• DayEvery includes one free story. Continued access requires a subscription: Monthly ($9.99 per month) or Annual ($89.99 per year). Prices are in US dollars; prices in other countries are shown in local currency in the app before you subscribe and may vary.
• New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial, as shown in the app. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged the plan's price.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm your purchase, or at the end of the free trial.
• Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions), or in the app under ··· → Subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Stories

The stories in DayEvery are original works licensed to you for personal reading and listening within the app. A finished story remains available for five days after its final part is unlocked.
